Exchange Programme

Residence Club members may choose to use only part of their annual entitlement at their Residence. However, the remaining entitlement will not go to waste. Members can use the extra days at other Residence destinations based on an Exchange Programme.

Each member has an allocated annual allotment of points and these can be used for staying at their Residence or other Residence locations. Members can exchange part of their annual entitlement with other members who own Residences in different destinations.

Banyan Tree Residence owners have a dedicated Owner Services Manager based in Phuket to facilitate the Exchange Programme between members and assist with all their reservations and other requirements.

Members will have a wide selection of Banyan Tree Residences to choose from in highly sought-after locations, including:

• Banyan Tree Bangkok, Thailand
